A content based advertising campaign on Swedish news site generated great interest for Greek luxury resorts.
We organized a Swedish online advertising campaign on behalf of three of our clients – the Greek luxury resorts: Grand Resort Lagonissi, Elounda Beach Hotel and Elounda Bay Palace.
The campaign ran on the leading online business news site in Sweden (Dagens Industri – DI.se), and the target was to increase awareness of the hotels among business travelers (or travelers from high income groups) – and drive traffic to the hotel websites.
The campaign consisted of four online articles about the hotels, written by a DI journalist based on interviews with Nordic Travel Rep. Each article was pushed for one week – making the total duration of the campaign four weeks.
Besides feeding input to the journalist, our role throughout the campaign was to advice on choice of media and to assist with material on the hotels, with proofreading and approvals, and with coordination around budget, layout and messaging.
The campaign – which also included some Facebook action – generated almost 5,000 page views – and a very satisfying level of engagement and exposure.
Grand Resort Lagonissi is a dreamy island like resort only 20 minutes from Athens International Airport. The hotel was named World’s Leading Meetings & Conference Hotel 2017 at World Travel Awards.

Elounda Bay Palace is a 5-star resort located next to Elounda Beach, offering standard rooms, suites and bungalows.
